We offer the plant research community and companies access to our latest interactomics tools, covering AP-MS and PL-MS (Turbo-ID) as complementary approaches. We also offer service for XL-MS based on tandem affinity purification of stable protein complexes.

We are a technology driven research team that obtained international visibility with our state-of-the-art AP-MS/PL-MS approach to map protein interaction networks in plants. We use our technology to explore the molecular basis of plant energy management regulated by the protein kinase complexes TOR and SnRK1. We generate knowledge on the functioning of those two central metabolic hubs, with the aim to generate new approaches that contribute to a more sustainable agriculture.

We have mapped the protein interaction networks comprising the target of rapamycin (TOR) and SNF1-related (SnRK1) kinases with the aim to understand how these networks regulate plant growth and stress resilience in relation to carbon and nitrogen availability.

Our interactomics tools are applied to discover new players in the TOR/SnRK1 regulatory pathway that links energy and nutrient (C/N) status with plant growth.
